Return & Refund Policy

At Clovr.in, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted. For damaged or incorrect items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

        Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

        Original tags must be attached

        Item must be in its original packaging

        Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at hello@clovr.in with the following details:

        Your order number

        Photos of the item (especially if damaged or incorrect)

        Reason for return

Do not send items back without first receiving approval from us. Unapproved returns will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Important: Dropshipping Notice

Clovr.in sources products from third-party suppliers via platforms such as Roposo and GlowRoad. Return approvals are subject to the supplier's policies. We will do our best to resolve all issues on your behalf, but some items may only be eligible for replacement rather than a full refund, depending on the supplier's terms.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

        Personal care and beauty products

        Innerwear, lingerie, or swimwear

        Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)

        Customized or personalized products

        Hazardous materials or flammable items

        Items purchased on sale or with a discount code

        Gift cards

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@clovr.in within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status within 3-5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
