Thank you for shopping at Clovr.in. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

How We Ship

Clovr.in is a dropshipping store. This means your orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party supplier partners (including platforms such as Roposo and GlowRoad). We do not maintain a physical warehouse or stock products ourselves. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we forward the order to the respective supplier for fulfillment.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing time may be slightly longer during sale periods or festivals.

Estimated Delivery Times

        Within India: 5–10 business days after dispatch

        Remote or rural areas: may take up to 14 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delivery timelines depend on the supplier and the shipping carrier assigned to your order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. Some orders may qualify for free shipping based on order value or ongoing promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details (tracking number and carrier name) with you via email at hello@clovr.in. You can use these details to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Delays

Clovr.in is not responsible for delays caused by:

        Shipping carriers or logistics partners

        Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

        Natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events

        Customs or regulatory delays (for international orders)

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us at hello@clovr.in and we will investigate with the supplier on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of placing the order. Clovr.in is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. Re-delivery charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows 'delivered' but you have not received your order, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@clovr.in. We will raise a complaint with the shipping carrier and supplier. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier's investigation process.

International shipping is currently not available. We plan to expand to more regions in the future.
